These are reasons to want to stay; they are not additions to the IHG benefit list, and it is worth keeping the two categories apart when you price the trip.

So confirm that your paid rate earns, or that the room you actually want is available as a redemption, then ask the hotel directly which tier benefits, if any, apply here — and check the pet rules in the same conversation, because those aren’t a program matter either. A live award at a hotel like this deserves a serious comparison against the cash rate; benefits nobody has confirmed deserve no value at all. Get the answers that matter to you in writing before the cancellation deadline.
