Terms for using UpTrip.

Agreement and eligibility

By using UpTrip you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. If you use UpTrip for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it.

The service

UpTrip organises official property and loyalty sources, user-supplied data, public valuations and explainable matching. It may link to a provider where you complete a booking or manage a loyalty account directly. UpTrip does not hold itself out as the provider of that third-party product.

No live inventory or benefit guarantee

Unless a result explicitly names a contracted live source and check time, UpTrip does not claim a cash rate, award price, room availability, upgrade, breakfast, credit, elite earning, redemption eligibility or cancellation term. Match scores are decision support, not professional advice. Confirm every material detail with the official provider before purchase or transfer.

Third-party services and marks

Airlines, hotels, hotel groups, credit-card issuers, loyalty programs, AwardWallet, payment networks and booking sites control their own terms, pricing, availability, valuations, benefits and data practices. Their names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. A link, factual reference or data attribution does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, agency, partnership or affiliation.

Your responsibilities

Keep information accurate; protect your sign-in; use only data you are authorised to share; and do not scrape, probe, disrupt, evade limits, reverse engineer, introduce malicious content, impersonate another person or use UpTrip unlawfully. Never submit loyalty passwords, payment-card data or government identification through general forms.

Editorial content and traveler submissions

The Dispatch and “Our Take” reviews are general editorial information, may become outdated, and are not a substitute for checking the linked official source before acting. A property review labeled as a source-based desk review is not a claim that UpTrip stayed at the property. If UpTrip asks you to contribute an experience, publication requires your separate agreement. UpTrip may verify, edit, decline, or remove contributed material.

Official outbound links

UpTrip’s editorial inclusion, ordering, analysis, and conclusions do not depend on compensation. The current site uses ordinary links to official hotel and loyalty-program pages. It publishes no referral or affiliate enrollment links and receives no points, cash, credit, free stay, discount, or other benefit when you follow or use those links. Third-party providers control enrollment, eligibility, pricing, availability, benefits, and their own sites. UpTrip does not guarantee acceptance, credit, pricing, or a bonus.

Account access, suspension and termination

Private access may be requested, invited, suspended or revoked to protect account holders, comply with law or enforce these terms. You may request deletion through Your Privacy Choices. Sections that by their nature should survive—ownership, lawful audit retention, disclaimers and liability limits—continue after termination.

Intellectual property

UpTrip’s software, original editorial material, matching methodology, original brand identity and product design are protected by applicable law. The limited right to use the service does not transfer ownership. Current listing art is original UpTrip destination artwork and is not a depiction of the named property. Third-party names and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Service changes

UpTrip may change, suspend or discontinue features, partnerships or private-beta access. Material changes to these terms will receive a new effective date and appropriate notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimers and liability

UpTrip is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, UpTrip is not responsible for third-party changes, booking failures, lost benefits, missed travel, or indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not set a contractual liability cap.
