UpTrip should work for every traveler.
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public, account, and operator experiences. Accessibility reports become tracked product work.
What we have built
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and descriptive link text.
- Keyboard-visible focus, keyboard-operable controls and focus-managed dialogs.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and decorative treatment for the brand mark.
- Responsive layouts, scalable type, status text that does not rely only on colour, and reduced-motion support where motion appears.
- Clear validation messages and tracked support for accessibility barriers.
Known limits
Third-party authentication and linked hotel or loyalty-program sites are controlled by their owners. UpTrip does not claim those services meet its accessibility target. Editorial or provider-supplied content may need additional review.
Accessibility preferences and privacy
Accessibility needs are optional. They may reveal disability or health information, so do not place more detail in free text than UpTrip needs to match a stay. Where law requires explicit consent, UpTrip must collect and record that consent before using such information.
Report a barrier
Use tracked support and choose “Accessibility barrier,” or use Your Privacy Choices if the barrier concerns personal information. Include the page, task, assistive technology and browser if comfortable. UpTrip will acknowledge, investigate and record the outcome.
