What do you need help with?

Account access, data corrections, hotel sources, accessibility, a product issue — all of those land in the same queue. Formal privacy requests go through Your Privacy Choices instead.

We use your name, email, and message to investigate and reply. Hotel notes stay private unless we follow up and you agree to publication. Resolved support records are normally kept for 24 months. Use Your Privacy Choices for access, deletion, opt-out, complaints, and other formal privacy rights.
